Give the Agent context
Keep company facts, audience and writing requirements clear before starting work.
Open Agent → Context to review the brand profile and the project’s Agent instructions. Good context helps the Agent produce work that fits your business without inventing missing details.
Review company facts first
Confirm the products or services you offer, intended audience, positioning and relevant market facts. Correct outdated or inferred information before relying on it in generated work.
A crawl can capture what a website says; that does not automatically make every captured claim a reviewed company fact.
Write useful standing instructions
Describe requirements that apply across tasks:
- The audience and its level of expertise.
- Voice and terminology your team uses.
- Claims or topics to avoid.
- Evidence requirements for factual statements.
- Constraints such as product names, regional language or content boundaries.
For example: “Write for small in-house marketing teams. Explain technical terms on first use. Do not invent customer counts, price claims or performance statistics.”
Keep task-specific requests in the chat rather than turning the standing instructions into a single long brief.
Attach the right evidence
Use Ask agent or Work on this to carry relevant references into a conversation. The composer shows removable chips so you can check the inputs before sending.
A URL or reference identifies what to inspect. It does not authorize a live web fetch or grant access to another workspace.
Inspect what was used
Each run records the context it received, including included sources, omissions and limitations. Read that information when an answer seems incomplete.
Missing optional evidence remains missing. Ask the Agent to state the limitation rather than filling the gap with plausible business facts.
Understand timing
A run uses the context and instructions captured when it starts. Editing the project’s context does not rewrite an earlier run or its output history.
Update the context for future work, then request a new turn if you want an existing deliverable revised against the corrected facts.
